The Great Gainesville Road Race 5K has been Gainesville's premier road race since the first running in 1990. The race features a flat course which winds its way through Gainesville's scenic and historic Duck Pond neighborhood in downtown Gainesville. It starts and finishes near the historic Hippodrome State Theatre and Union Street Station at S.E. 1st Street and S.E. 2nd Avenue. Entry Fees:
Pre-registered: $17 ($15 for FTC members), $10 no T-shirt
Race Day: $20, $15 no T-shirt
Kids 17 and under FREE

1st Place Masters male/female - $100
1st Place Grandmasters male/female - $50
NOTE: No duplication of cash awards! Runners with collegiate or high school eligibility are NOT allowed to receive cash prizes!
