Olympian, creator of the Run/Walk/Run® Training Program and the most recognized name in running, Jeff Galloway returns to where it all began: Gainesville, Florida.
On Monday evening, February 15th at 7:30 PM, the Florida Track Club will host Jeff Galloway, one of its founding members, at the UF Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute third floor conference room (3450 Hull Road, Gainesville, FL 32611 – opposite the UF Hilton Hotel).
Jeff will explain how he developed his unique training method which can deliver of the empowerment of running without any of the pain. He’ll also cover the latest tips about how to gain control over motivation, nutrition while experiencing all of the many benefits of running. Author of over 20 books, Jeff has been a role model of health and fitness. Last summer, Jeff celebrated his 70th birthday by running his 200th Marathon! With Galloway Groups in over 70 cities in the United States, Jeff has been able to expand his program to Europe and even to China!
Open to all who are interested in running, fitness and exercise, this meeting promises to be a real eye-opener for those who are “sitting on the fence” as well as seasoned competitors.
